BY PURCHASING A COMMISSION FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION
THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.✦ PAYMENT ✦
The payment will be made through Paypal.💸 I will send you a paypal invoice to request the payment. For commissions less than $60 the full payment must be paid upfront. If you need it, higher amounts can be paid in two parts, half upfront and the other half when the commission is finished* ✨💸Notify me when filling the form if you need to pay in two parts✦ REFUNDS ✦
Refunds will only be applicable under the following circumstances:
1.- The artist, for some emergency or other reason, cannot begin or continue with the commission that has already been paid.
2.- If the artist has not yet started with the sketch of your commission.In any other situation the refund is NOT applicable.✦ REVISIONS ✦
When the payment is sent and everything is okay I will start with a sketch and send it to you for approval. In this instance you could change everything about the drawing (or just a little) up to 2 times.✨When the sketch is approved I will send you a color concept, there you can request me to change the colors but not the sketch (unless it is something very small) 🎨When the color is approved, I will proceed with the illustration, so no more changes!❌ (when the illustration is finished I can make simple adjustments like color corrections but nothing more)✨✦ TIME ✦
It will take me around 1 to 2 weeks to finish your commission, usually it will be just one week, but pieces with multiple or more complicated characters can take me more time.⏳✨
I will also send you an informative excel where you can see the progress of your commission and the place you have on the list (since I work by a first come, first serve basis)✨If an emergency or personal issue happens the turnaround time can change a little but you will be notified accordingly.🤕If you need your commission sooner or by a specific date, please notify me when filling my form.🎀✦ FINAL ✦
When the payment is made, and the art is finished you will receive (at the email you provided) your completed commission on a minimum resolution of 2500x2500 px 300dpi (may vary on the quantity of characters or pets) in PNG image format. I would also send one image without the background (PNG) so you can do whatever you want with it.🖼❤✨I you need the image in a larger scale or need the .PSD tell me before hand so we can find a solution.🤝✨✦ RIGHTS ✦
I own all rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork where I deem necessary to promote myself or my art.if you need the commission to be private you have to make sure to mention it in this form. There will be a privacy fee that can change depending on the complexity of the commission and the reason for the privacy*If the reason for the commission to be private is due to it being a surprise gift or something similar that needs a specific date for it to not be posted anywhere, then there would not be an additional fee and the commission will be public after the specific date you provide.ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED:
✦ Using my artwork commercially (making money off of it by any means)
✦ Taking credit for my artwork / claiming it as your own
✦ Editing/altering the artwork itself (without my permission first)。。。。。。。。。You finally have your commission! I hope you like it! ♡

QUE HA LEÍDO Y ACEPTA LAS SIGUIENTES CONDICIONES.TRABAJARÉ BAJO LA ASUNCIÓN
QUE HAS LEÍDO DETENIDAMENTE LOS SIGUINTES TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES:✦ PAGO ✦
El pago se realizará a través de Paypal.💸 Te enviaré una factura de paypal para solicitar el pago. Para comisiones de menos de $60 usd o 60.000 clp, el pago total debe pagarse por adelantado. Si es que lo necesitas, los montos mayores se pueden pagar en dos partes, la mitad por adelantado y la otra mitad cuando se termina la comisión *Si eres de chile y quieres optar por pago con transferencia bancaria te enviaré a tu correo la información de mi cuenta para que deposites.✨💸* Por Favor notifícame cuando rellenes el formulario si necesitas pagar en dos partes✦ REEMBOLSOS ✦
Solo se aplicaran reembolsos dadas las siguientes circunstancias:
1.- El artista, por alguna emergencia u otra razón, no puede comenzar o continuar con la comisión que ya haya sido pagada.
2.- Si el artista aún no ha comenzado con el boceto de tu comisión.En cualquier otra situación el reembolso NO es aplicable.✦ REVISIONES ✦
Cuando se envíe el pago y todo esté bien, comenzaré con un boceto y te lo enviaré para que lo apruebes. En este caso, puedes cambiar todo (o solo un poco) del dibujo hasta 2 veces. ✨Cuando se apruebe el boceto te enviaré un concepto de color, ahí me puedes solicitar que cambie los colores pero no el boceto (a menos que sea algo muy pequeño)🎨 Cuando se apruebe el color, procederé con la ilustración, ¡así que no más cambios!❌ (cuando termine la ilustración puedo hacer ajustes simples como correcciones de color pero nada más)✨✦ TIEMPO ✦
Me tomará alrededor de 1 a 2 semanas terminar tu encargo, por lo general es solo una semana o menos, pero las piezas con múltiples o más complicados personajes pueden llevarme más tiempo. ⏳✨
Tambien te mandare un excel informativo donde podrás ver el progreso de tu comisión y tu lugar en la lista (ya que trabajo con una modalidad por orden de llegada)✨Si ocurre una emergencia o un problema personal, el tiempo de respuesta puede cambiar un poco, pero te notificare sobre todo con anterioridad🤕Si necesitas tu comisión antes, o para una fecha específica, avisame al rellenar el formulario.🎀✦ FINAL ✦
Cuando se realice el pago y el arte esté terminado, recibirás (en el correo electrónico que pusiste) tu comisión completa en una resolución mínima de 2500x2500 px 300dpi (puede variar por la cantidad de personajes o mascotas) en formato de imagen PNG. También te enviare una imagen sin el fondo (PNG) para que puedas hacer lo que quieras con ella.🖼✨❤Si necesitas que tu comisión esté en un formato de mayor calidad o si necesitas el archivo .PSD dime de antemano! para que lleguemos a un acuerdo🤝✨✦ DERECHOS ✦
Poseo todos los derechos sobre la ilustración que he creado junto con los derechos para publicar donde lo considere necesario para promocionarme a mí o a mi arte.Si necesitas que esta comisión sea privada, debes mencionarlo en este mismo formulario más adelante. Existirá una tarifa dependiendo de la complejidad de la comisión y la razón por la privacidad ** Si la razón para mantenerla privada es debido a que esta es un regalo sorpresa o existe una fecha específica en la que no quieres que se publique (pero luego de esa fecha no tienes problema de que sea pública) no habrá tarifa y se deberá especificar la fecha donde la comisión podrá ser pública.ESTÁ ABSOLUTAMENTE PROHIBIDO:
✦ Usar la ilustración de manera comercial (ganar dinero a partir de esta de alguna manera)
✦ Tomar crédito sobre la ilustración / reclamar como propia y de tu autoría.
✦ Editar o alterar la ilustración (sin avisarme previamente)。。。。。。。。。¡Ya tienes tu comisión terminada! espero te guste ♡
